Method

Every score on Reelaudit comes from the same checklist, worked through with a real account before a word is written.

Licence and eligibility

We confirm the operator's licence with the regulator that issued it, for example a US state gaming commission, the UK Gambling Commission or the AGCO and iGaming Ontario. Offshore crypto casinos are checked against the licence number they publish. A casino that cannot show a valid licence for the market it serves does not get a recommendation.

Deposits and withdrawals

We deposit with the methods the casino promotes, then request a withdrawal and record every step: verification requests, pending periods, fees, limits and the time until the money arrives. The cashier carries the most weight in our score, because it is where most complaints start.

Bonus terms

We read the full terms of the welcome offer and work out what it is worth after wagering requirements, game weighting, maximum bets, expiry dates and win caps. A large headline number with unreachable terms scores lower than a small offer with fair ones.

Games and fair play

We look at who supplies the games, whether return-to-player figures are published, and whether the random number generator is tested by an independent lab. For sweepstakes and social casinos we check how coins are earned and how redemptions work.

Safer gambling and support

We test deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, and we contact support with a real question to see how long an answer takes and whether it is correct.

The score

Each review ends in a score out of 10, with one decimal. Scores below 5 mean we would not use the casino. The score is reviewed when the operator changes its cashier, terms or licence. See every score on the rankings page.
