Fortune Wins Casino review: a $50 minimum and 1x playthrough, but the rebrand did not fix the big-win complaints
Fortune Wins, formerly Fortune Coins, keeps a low $50 redemption floor and a single playthrough. Its lobby has grown to around 1,800 games, but redemption timing is vague and the complaint record around large wins is the problem.

Best forCasual sweepstakes players who want a big free lobby and a low $50 floor
Fortune Coins is now Fortune Wins, and the first thing to know is that the rebrand changed the name far more than the machinery. The prize currency is still called Fortune Coins, the minimum redemption is still $50, and the single playthrough is still among the lightest in the sweepstakes business. What has not improved is the part that decides whether you trust a sweepstakes site: how it behaves when you win big. We rate it as a decent free-to-play lobby with a worrying complaint record, and we say so in the first paragraph because the rest of this review explains why.
How we worked: the official site returned HTTP 403 to our automated browser, so we could not click through it ourselves. Everything below comes from the independent reviews we captured and read, and we flag where they disagree. We did not request a redemption, so the payout timing is other people's evidence, not ours. Sweepstakes play is entertainment with a built-in house edge, and the prizes are not an income.
Several review sites date the switch from Fortune Coins to Fortune Wins to spring 2026, and one earlier review credits a design refresh in November 2024 with the purple-and-gold look. Reviewers disagree on whether a native app exists: an older win.gg write-up says there is none, while Gambling.com lists an app at 3.4 out of 5 on the App Store and 4.1 on Google Play, and CryptoSlate reports 3.6 and 3.7. The app is real, and its ratings are middling.
Win.gg's review page: 'They just changed their name to Fortune Wins Casino.' Parts of this write-up date from before the rebrand, so check its figures against newer reviews.
Game counts have crept up. Gambling.com reports around 1,800 games with more than 25 exclusives made in-house, while win.gg says 2,000-plus. That is a big lobby by sweepstakes standards, though the Gambling.com team notes that fish games are bundled into the slot list and make the library look larger than it is.
Two currencies, one rule that matters
Gold Coins are play money with no redemption. Fortune Coins are the sweepstakes currency: you play them through once, and the redeemable ones can then be exchanged for cash prizes at 100 FC to $1. That rule is simple enough to repeat: only Fortune Coins you have already played once count toward a prize.
The welcome package is split. Gambling.com lists 650,000 Gold Coins and 1,000 Fortune Coins on registration, plus up to five smaller bonuses worth a further 340,000 GC and 800 FC for opting into email, SMS and linking social accounts. Casino.org's headline is bigger, up to 20,000,000 GC and $50 of free coins, but that figure bundles a purchase. Do not assume the bigger number is free.
Casino.org's review: 'Fortune Wins review November: 20M Gold Coins and 1,000+ games', with the 20,000,000 GC + $50 offer panel.
Coin packs start at $0.99 for 200,000 Gold Coins and reach $299.99. CryptoSlate prices a standard $9.99 pack at about 2.01 million GC with 1,005 FC, which is roughly $10 of redeemable face value before the playthrough. Free play is thin: a full week of daily logins pays about 975,000 GC and 325 FC, or $3.25.
Redemptions: low bar, vague clock
The positives first. The minimum is 5,000 FC, or $50, which CryptoSlate calls a low bar and Gambling.com calls half the industry average. You can request up to 955,000 FC in a day, one request per 24 hours, by bank payment or Visa virtual card.
The negatives are the clock and the paperwork. Gambling.com says processing takes five days. Win.gg says approval is usually within 24 hours with the money arriving about three days later. CryptoSlate points out that the rules state no payout window at all. You must pass a Jumio check with photo ID, a utility bill and a bank statement, and above $2,000 in total redemptions the site can ask for proof of income.
The complaint record
This is where our score falls. CryptoSlate reports a 4.5 Trustpilot rating from about 20,600 reviews, but also an F from the Better Business Bureau with 80 complaints over three years. Players describe big redemptions cancelled as game malfunctions and accounts closed after a large win, and one BBB complaint lists 19 redemptions worth about $9,100 voided that way. The site's sweepstakes rules contain a clause allowing it to void wins and cap total winnings at 15 million FC ($150,000) in 48 hours. A clause is not proof of wrongdoing, but it explains how a cancellation can happen.
Availability is shrinking too. CryptoSlate says Fortune Wins ended Fortune Coin play in Illinois in early June 2026, with Indiana and Maine following by July, and lists five states closed and Gold Coins only in ten more. Two class actions filed in 2025 name the operator, Social Gaming LLC, which belongs to the Blazesoft group alongside Zula Casino and Sportzino. Neither case has been decided.
CryptoSlate's review: an open VIP ladder with up to 8% weekly coinback, and a weekly tournament zone with a 300,000 FC pool.
VIP and support
Everyone starts at Bronze. A VIP point costs 1,000 FC or 888,000 GC of play, and from Gold you receive 2% to 8% weekly coinback. CryptoSlate estimates that reaching Gold takes about 100,000 FC of play, worth $1,000, which is a lot to wager for a rebate. Support is email only, with no live chat; Gambling.com reports a response time of about 24 hours.
Who should play
Play Fortune Wins if you want a large free-to-play lobby, enjoy tournament leaderboards and understand that a $50 minimum makes small redemptions easy. Avoid it if you plan to chase a large prize, because that is exactly where reviewers and the BBB file point to trouble. Check your state first, set a monthly limit on coin purchases, and treat every pack as money spent on entertainment. If play stops being fun, free help is available through the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER.

Our verdict
A large free-to-play lobby with a low redemption floor ($50) and a 1x playthrough, but the rebrand from Fortune Coins changed the name more than the substance. Payout timing is stated as anything from 24 hours to five days, there is no live chat, and the BBB file shows 80 complaints, many about cancelled big wins. We could not reach the site ourselves, so this rests on independent reviews.
