Gamdom Review: Crypto Casino, Rakeback and Licence Risks | Reelaudit
Gamdom review: a crypto casino with 8,588 games, an Anjouan licence and short self-exclusion
Gamdom lists 8,588 games, a $500,000 King of the Hill prize and a boosted-rakeback welcome offer. Behind that sits an Anjouan licence, a Costa Rican operator, a 5.3/10 AskGamblers score and self-exclusion limited to 1, 5 or 8 days.

Best forCrypto players who want a huge lobby and accept offshore, lightly regulated risk
Gamdom is easy to like on first look and harder to trust on second. The lobby is huge, the design is clean and the rewards are built around rakeback rather than locked bonuses. Then you scroll to the footer. We read the terms, loaded the lobby and captured the promotion and safer-gambling pages for this review. We did not deposit crypto or request a withdrawal, so anything about payout speed is reported by others and labelled. Crypto casino play carries the same house edge as any other, and prices can fall while you play, so keep it as entertainment spending only.
Who actually runs it
The footer states that Gamdom is owned and operated by Moon Revolution Limitada, registered in Escazu, San José, Costa Rica, and that it operates under licence ALSI-152406043-FI4 issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. AskGamblers still lists a Curaçao licence in its factsheet and a different company, so older write-ups may be out of date. Go by the site's own footer.
An Anjouan licence is not the same thing as UK Gambling Commission or US state oversight. There is no regulator with a fines record to check and no statutory dispute route. AskGamblers lists the United States and United Kingdom among the restricted countries, so most readers of this site in those places cannot legitimately use it at all. Check your local law before you register.
A very large lobby
The casino page's search box reads "Search 8588 games", and the menu splits into Lobby, Live Games, Slots, Originals, Exclusive, Providers and a Slots Arena. In our capture the game tiles were still loading, so the picture shows the structure, not the games.
The casino lobby: a search box for 8,588 games and a sidebar with Originals, Slots, Live Games and King of the Hill $500k.
Gamdom's originals are the part with a history. Its footer lists Blackjack, Keno, Crash, Plinko, Mines, Dice, Slide, HiLo, Pocket Dice and Twist Roulette, plus a Provably Fair page. One review site says the brand began as a Counter-Strike community before moving into casino and sports betting, which fits the esports sponsorships other reviewers mention. We could not verify that history from a primary source.
One catch: when we opened the slots page, several tiles read "Not available in your region". Providers are filtered by location, so your library may be smaller than the number on the search box.
The welcome offer is rakeback, not a bonus
Instead of a deposit match with wagering, Gamdom's welcome offer is an instant rakeback boosted to 15% during your first week. The terms are narrow. It is available to new players for the first six hours after registration, you must activate it from the Rewards page, and then it pays rakeback automatically for seven days. The site reserves the right to edit or end the promotion without notice.
The promotions page: the Welcome Offer, the Gamdom VIP Transfer Program and King of the Hill, $500,000 every two weeks.
That model has one clear advantage. There is no wagering requirement standing between you and a bonus balance. The disadvantage is that rakeback pays a share of what you wager, so the more you play, the more you get back, which rewards exactly the behaviour a careful player wants to avoid. Rakeback softens the house edge. It does not remove it.
The same page promotes King of the Hill at $500,000 every two weeks, a VIP transfer programme running to 31 December 2026 and a $1.25 million prize pool tied to a celebrity event. Big prizes make for good marketing, and tournament-style leaderboards reward volume.
Complaints and independent scores
AskGamblers gives Gamdom a casino score of 5.3 out of 10, against a player rating of 8.9 out of 10 from 48 reviews, and lists 23 complaints. Its summary notes that users frequently mention strict KYC verification that can delay withdrawals, though other reviews praise fast crypto payouts. Webopedia reports a 3.8-star Trustpilot average. Mixed evidence like that is typical of offshore crypto sites: happy players with small, quick withdrawals, and unhappy ones when a large win triggers a document request.
If you do play, complete verification before you deposit, test with a small withdrawal and keep balances low.
Safer gambling is the weak area
The responsible gambling page says Gamdom offers a self-exclusion tool, and tells you to open Settings and choose a duration of 1, 5 or 8 days. During exclusion, deposits, promo codes, tips and gameplay are restricted, though you can still withdraw.

Eight days is a cooling-off period, not self-exclusion in the sense regulated markets use, where the shortest GamStop period, for example, is six months. If you know you struggle to stop, a longer lock from a licensed operator, or a blocking tool on your own devices, is the better choice. Independent reviewers also note limited responsible gambling tools.
Verdict
Gamdom gets a 5.7. It is slick and big, and the rakeback offer is more honest than a bonus with 40x terms. But a lightly regulated licence, closed major markets, KYC complaints and short exclusion windows keep it in the middle of the table. If you use it, treat the balance as money you can afford to lose.

Our verdict
Gamdom is a big, polished crypto casino with a huge library and a rakeback-first rewards model, and it has been running since 2016. It is also an offshore site under an Anjouan licence, closed to US and UK players, with reviewers reporting strict KYC delays and self-exclusion limited to 1, 5 or 8 days. Interesting, but trust has not been earned in the way a regulated brand earns it.
What works
A lobby of 8,588 searchable games across slots, originals and live tables
Welcome offer is instant rakeback boosted to 15% for a week, not a locked bonus
Large prize promotions, including King of the Hill at $500,000 every two weeks
Provably fair originals such as Crash, Plinko, Mines and Dice
What does not
Anjouan licence, with no UK or US-state style regulator to escalate to
Restricted in the US and UK, and some games show as unavailable by region
AskGamblers scores it 5.3/10 and logs 23 complaints, with KYC delays a recurring theme
Self-exclusion offers only 1, 5 or 8 days, which is a weak safeguard
