Lucky Days Casino Review: Strong Ontario Offer, Weaker Rules Outside the Province
Lucky Days runs separate sites for Ontario, Alberta and other provinces. The AGCO-licensed Ontario version offers a $1 deposit for 126 no-wagering spins, while the other-province terms ask for 40x wagering.

Search for an Ontario casino ranking and Lucky Days tends to sit near the top. We wanted to know why, and the first thing we found is that "Lucky Days" is not one casino in Canada. It is at least three sites on one domain, with different operators, licences and terms. Anyone comparing offers across tabs can easily read the wrong set of rules. As always, online gambling is entertainment with a built-in house edge, never a way to earn money.
Three sites, one web address
Open luckydays.ca from outside Ontario and you land on the "Other Provinces" version. Its terms name Monkey 9 Limited, a Cyprus company, operating under a Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence (number 1041, issued 27 May 2025). Players there must be 19 or older. The footer links to separate Alberta and Ontario sites, and the Help Center explains that the brand uses your approximate location to send you to the right one.

The Ontario version, at luckydays.ca/on, is run by L7 Entertainment Ltd of Malta, which its terms say is regulated by the AGCO under licence OPIG1242643. Those terms add that the casino is conducted and managed under iGaming Ontario, and that unresolved complaints can go to iGaming Ontario after eight weeks. That is real regulator-backed recourse, which the Kahnawake version does not offer in the same form.
What the Ontario offers actually say
The Ontario landing page gives two choices, one per new customer:
True North Strong: a 100 percent match up to $2,026, with 30x wagering, a $5 maximum bet and a 30-day expiry.
The first is the more honest deal. A $1 deposit and no wagering on the spins is hard to beat for a first look. The second needs $60,780 of qualifying bets to clear on the maximum match, and a $5 bet cap makes that a long grind. Pick the spins unless you plan to deposit heavily, which we would not suggest.
The other-province version is noticeably worse. It advertises up to $1,500 plus 100 spins across three deposits, and its general terms set a minimum wagering requirement of 40x on all bonuses, a $5 maximum bet, a $20 minimum deposit and a $20 minimum withdrawal.
The other-provinces terms: Monkey 9 Limited, a Kahnawake licence and 40x as the baseline wagering.
Cashier and paperwork
Ontario terms set a CA$10 minimum withdrawal and require that a deposit has been wagered at least once in full before you can withdraw it. Identity checks ask for a passport, ID card or licence plus a utility bill under three months old, and proof of ownership of the payment method. Banking options listed by reviewers include Interac, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, iDebit, InstaDebit and Paysafecard.
Speed is a mixed picture. One hands-on test summarised by a comparison site put an e-wallet withdrawal at about 42 hours and a bank transfer at two business days, and other reviewers say the best methods take a few hours and the slowest up to five days. The other-province terms themselves warn that some options take up to five banking days. That is ordinary, not fast. If speed is your priority, we would look at faster Ontario cashiers.
Games, tools and rankings
The lobby is large and leans on slots, with a live casino page for dealer blackjack, roulette and game shows. The Ontario page also promotes a Games Global "BURST!" prize-drop promotion with a $7.5 million pool, which is the operator's figure.

Responsible gambling is covered by a dedicated page, and the Ontario terms point players to the voluntary BetGuard central self-exclusion tool and ConnexOntario.
The Responsible Gaming page lists the limit and exclusion tools.
Does it deserve the rankings?
Partly. For an Ontario resident, the AGCO licence, a $1 entry point and a no-wagering spins offer are genuine strengths, and the terms are readable. What we could not find is anything that makes it clearly better than other regulated Ontario casinos, and the cashier timing reports are middling. Top-of-list placements on affiliate sites usually reflect commission rates, not tested superiority.
Choose it if you are in Ontario, want a low-cost trial and will take the no-wagering spins. Avoid it outside Ontario unless you accept the 40x terms and the lighter Kahnawake oversight. Set a loss limit before you start, and never deposit money you need.

Our verdict
The Ontario version of Lucky Days is a legitimate AGCO-licensed casino with a $1 minimum deposit and 126 no-wagering spins, which is a fair way to try it. Its 30x match bonus is average, cashier speed is middling, and the site outside Ontario runs on weaker Kahnawake terms. It does not clearly beat other regulated Ontario sites.
